Russian Borscht soup recipe:

Boil potatoes and cabbage in stock.
Fry up grated carrot, onion, and beetroot.
Add can of chopped tomatoes.
Combine and simmer until delicious.
Serve with fresh dill, garlic, cucumber and rye bread.
